About Us – oma55, Malaysia's Online Gaming Platform of Choice

Who oma55?

Oma55 is an online gaming platform founded with a mission to provide a transparent, safe and enjoyable gaming experience for players across Malaysia. Our journey began in 2018 when a group of passionate individuals from the technology and digital entertainment industry identified a major gap in the local market — many Malaysian players lacked access to a platform that truly understood their needs and preferences.

From a small team operating out of a modest office, oma55 has grown into one of the most trusted online gaming platforms in the region. We have over 500,000 registered members, more than 1,200 game titles from world-class providers, and a customer support team operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What sets oma55 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games or the value of bonuses on offer. It's our commitment to a genuinely great user experience — from an intuitive interface and a fast, reliable withdrawal system to a VIP program that truly rewards member loyalty. Every decision we make always starts with one question: is this good for our players?

Oma55's Journey Through the Years

Core Values oma55

Every decision we make at oma55 is guided by a set of core values we have held firmly since day one. These aren't just slogans on paper — they are the real principles that shape how we design our products, serve our players and manage oma55's daily operations.

We believe that player trust is the most valuable asset we have. Without it, nothing we build holds any meaning. That is why we always prioritise transparency in every aspect of our business — from how we calculate bonuses to how we handle customer complaints.

Responsible gaming is also a core pillar of oma55's values. We provide a comprehensive set of self-control tools to help players manage their gaming activity in a healthy way — including daily deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. oma55 believes that the best entertainment is entertainment enjoyed with awareness and in control.

Oma55's Commitment to Malaysian Players

Behind every game you play at oma55 is a team of technology experts, game analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and — most importantly — customer support representatives who deeply understand the needs of Malaysian players. The oma55 team brings a combined experience of over 50 years in the gaming and digital technology industry.

One thing we're especially proud of is oma55's customer satisfaction rate, which has consistently exceeded 95% based on internal surveys conducted every quarter. This isn't a number we throw around lightly — it's the result of our team's dedication to ensuring every player interaction is resolved in the most satisfying way possible.

We are also committed to ongoing investment in the oma55 technology infrastructure. Each year, a significant portion of our operating revenue is reinvested into system improvements — whether in platform speed, new game options, or enhanced security features. Our goal is simple: make oma55 better today than it was yesterday.
